Our Mission
We see our mission as assisting the Diocese of Toronto as it works to nurture
intercultural understanding and harmony among Anglicans. It also involves our efforts to
meet the needs and aspirations of Anglicans of African and Caribbean heritage and to
provide a means by which they may contribute fully to the life of the Diocese of Toronto
and the Anglican Church of Canada. A third plank of our mission is to support the
initiatives of the Diocese of Toronto and the Anglican Church of Canada in the ministry
among other minority groups. Finally, it is our desire to provide linkages (and
opportunities for learning and sharing) with our brothers and sisters in the wider
Anglican Communion.
